Depending on the country of the customer, the delivery time of the products may vary slightly, with an approximate delivery time of 3-5 weeks to the customer’s specified location. We help customers solve a series of customs and product transportation issues.

Pangu Cutters provides twelve free sharpening services per year for every blade produced, with customers able to book sharpening services online. Beyond the complimentary sharpening services, Pangu Cutters also offers per-time, monthly, and annual sharpening service options to help customers solve all problems and concerns related to tool use.
Sharpening Station Related Issues?
Pangu Cutters’ sharpening stations have been successively set up in various countries, including Thailand, Vietnam, and China. Currently, the covered cities include Shanghai, Bangkok, etc. Customers can check the sharpening station nearest to them on the booking interface. Pangu sharpening stations promise free pick-up and delivery services for customers within 10km. Customers who are further away can book an appointment time and deliver to the nearest sharpening station.
